OUR FEMALE TECH-PROGRAM

Have you participated in the CoGigs female tech program? Are you in your final year of studies? And you are curious to know more about the opportunities available with us? Then you've come to the right place!

Our program is designed to give you a broad introduction to what it is like to work in a large and complex international organization.

We believe this is a great way to start your career. During your trainee period, we will prepare you and provide you with the best tools for you to develop and take on challenges do drive change.

The program runs for 6 months. For the very first beginning you will be hired for a specific role which will help you, and us, to create a bound between us. During the Female Tech program, practical work with education is interspersed to give you the best possible condition to develop and to have an exciting career with us at Senior.

You will train a lot on collaboration with other trainees as well other colleagues at Senior. We see working cross-functionally as an important key competence that you will practice and develop during the program.

You have a very good social ability with a great interest in building relationships. You can lead others to achieve team results, are highly motivated, learn quickly, and are always solution-oriented. You also have a good analytical ability and are skilled at problem solving.

   In connection with the Senior-day, it is time for interviews for the final candidates and a final screening. Next, we will contact the students who best matches our profile and offer a position with us. Yes, a fix-term position right away!
   
5. Welcome to Senior!
   The Green Tech program starts ad hoc throughout the year and starts with an introduction week and a training period together with your team.
